Delivery/Return Policy



Product availability governs orders. If an item is out of stock when you place your order, we will contact you and refund you using the original mode of payment, or we can replenish and ship it with your approval. Please provide your “receipt” with the order number and secret answer to the email money transfer so we can accept it and delivery the merchandise as soon as feasible.

Most places take 1-2 business days to deliver, distant regions 3-5 days. The customer will receive the tracking number through email after the product ships. But, entering the tracking number on UPS, USPS, DHL, or FedEx will show the package’s location and estimated delivery time. Estimated delivery times begin with shipping, not order. Shipping times are estimates based on order acceptance. We aim to complete orders within two business days, barring unforeseen circumstances. Monday to Friday, except holidays, is business day. Sunday shipping is unavailable. Shipping procedures, delivery location, method, and items requested can affect delivery date. Items can be shipped separately.

Delivery Our products are shipped in airtight, small-proof, vacuum-sealed containers. Your UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx cargo will be unmarked. To assure delivery, include your name and address. Major centers take 1-2 days, remote areas 1 – 5days.

Damaged or Lost Goods in Transport: If the packing is damaged or you have problems regarding your order’s delivery or shipment, contact us.
